关于生态城市规划设计的研究
摘要：生态城市规划设计是一项任重而道远的工作，规划城市未来发展方向、布局、规模等，协调各方面的关系，统筹各项建设，最终完成建设生态、和谐、人与自然共生的生态城市的任务。本文通过探讨生态城市的内涵及特点，分析了生态城市规划设计须遵循的原则、以及内容、规划设计指标体系，明确了在生态城市规划建设过程中要将生态环境、低碳经济等理念充分的贯彻下去，为人类、自然的和谐共生，城市的可持续发展创造条件。

Abstract: the ecological city planning and design is a long way to go work, the future urban planning development direction, layout, such as size, coordination of various relations, plan as a whole the construction, finally complete construction of ecological and harmonious coexistence of human and nature, the task of ecological city. This paper discusses the connotation of ecological city and characteristics, analyzed the ecological city planning shall follow the principle of design, and content, planning and design index system, made clear in the ecological urban planning and construction process to ecological environment, low carbon economy fully implement the idea down, for the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, the sustainable development of the city create conditions.

1 生态城市内涵与特点
生态城市是一个从根本上要求城市的生活环境、空间布局、基础设施到自然环境统筹考虑的复杂系统，从而做到物质、信息以及能量的有效使用，贯彻可持续发展的思想，营造稳定、和谐、文明的氛围，同时保证社会、生态以及经济的高度和谐发展。
生态城市作为一个复杂的系统体系，与传统城市相比，概括有以下几个特点：
1）作为转换系统，能够保证高效益运行。生态城市的产业结构呈现倒金字塔型，从塔底到塔尖依次为第三产业、第二产业、第一产业。在投入产出的转换过程中，生态城市能够实现投入少、产出多，并且废弃物排泄量少。
2）作为流转系统，能够保证高效率运转。生态城市借助于现代化的基础设施，保证物质、信息、人才、能源的快速流通和运转，为确保各种流动的有序进行创造和提供必要条件，同时降低生态污染和经济损耗。
