预应力混凝土箱梁整体一次浇注施工工艺
摘要:为提高桥梁施工质量,桥梁施工中新材料、新工艺、新技术层出不穷,而作为城市交通工程重要组成部分,桥梁工程的建设规模越来越大,对桥梁的整体性要求越来越高。常规混凝土箱梁现场分次浇筑施工技术目前已非常成熟,但由于分次浇筑存在着施工缝的处理,对箱型预应力混凝土箱梁的整体性有一定的影响。本文作者依托西禹高速高架桥工程,通过预先设计、安装预应力箱梁内箱的方法,调整施工工艺,严格施工过程质量控制,确保了预应力混凝土箱梁整体一次浇筑施工。该项目通过桥梁荷载试验,各项指标均能满足设计和规范要求,为城市桥梁中预应力混凝土箱梁现场整体一次浇筑施工奠定了基础,该施工工艺可作为市政桥梁建设者同行们参考。

城市建设在不断发展,市政工程在城市道路建设中也需要不断的加快其速度,提高其施工质量,桥梁在施工过程中出现了很多的施工工艺,但是应根据环境的不同,季节的不同,选择不同的方法来提高桥梁工程中现浇混凝土梁的质量、安全及工期。本工艺主要针对桥梁工程施工中,现浇箱梁混凝土浇筑方法来保证混凝土在施工中的质量及桥梁结构的整体性。
