1工程概况
某建筑为高层框架剪力墙结构,筏板基础,桩采用超高强预应力混凝土管桩,规格为ф600×110,桩长24m,共设93根桩,设计单桩承载力3100kN。
2打桩准备
2.1桩锤的选择
本工程有软、硬两种土层,选用蒸汽锤,锤重8t。
2.2桩架的选择
桩架的设置、安装和准备工作对打桩效率有很大影响。桩架选用D—308S型履带行走式桩架。
2.3桩帽、送桩器和衬垫的选择
1)桩帽和送桩器应做成与管桩直径匹配的圆筒形,桩帽的筒体深度取350~400mm,内径比管桩外径大20~30mm。筒式送桩器下端筒体深度取250~350 mm,内径比管桩外径大20~30 mm.
