集合型住宅的空间分析
摘要:居者有其屋。“屋”的概念与其要求是个变量,“屋”的形态也是异彩纷呈。作为“屋”的具体形式之一的“集合型住宅”,其空间形式和构成要素,不像独立别墅、联排别墅那样“豪气”和完美,更算不上城市中重要的“标志性”、“橱窗式”等精品建筑的范畴。然而它却实实在在存在于城市绝大多数的空间领域里,并在今后还将继续发展下去。这些平凡的居住空间并不等于保障廉租房非常经济的投入,要把满足普通居民的日常生活需要当成重点,不能单靠增加面积(送面积)或落入华而不实的住宅“样板间”的圈套。本文通过对集合型住宅的空间特性分析,强调空间的合理性和适用性。结合集合型居住空间的设计实践,目的是设计满足日常生活需要的居住空间,并达到其舒适性要求。
