简析住宅给排水工程施工设计
摘要：给排水工程作为住宅设备的重要组成部分，其施工设计是否合理，对今后住户的装修、日常使用与维护将产生重要影响。本文作者根据多年建筑给排水设计及施工现场的实践经验，从提高住户居住环境和生活质量出发，归纳总结了经常遇到的问题及解决办法，希望借此机会使我们日后的建筑给排水设计更合理、更实际，既满足规范的要求，又满足开发商和住户的要求。

Abstract: water supply and drainage engineering as an important part of the residential equipment, its construction design is reasonable and the future of the household decoration, for daily use and maintenance will have an important impact on. In this paper the author building water supply and drainage design and construction site practice experience, from improving the living environment and the quality of life residents starting, summarizes the often problems and solving method, would like to take the opportunity to make our future building water supply and drainage design more reasonable and more practical, not only meet the requirement of the specifications, and meet the requirements of the developers and households.

一、前言
近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，使人民生活质量水平不断得到提高，人们在购买住房时，除了关注住宅的楼层、面积、平面布置等因素外，同时也将更多的注意力放在了住宅设备上。给排水工程的设计施工成为了住宅设备的重要组成部分。作为一个建筑给排水的设计人员，面对日新月异的设备技术，面对越来越严格的各类规范的要求，做的合理设计，更不会造成设计上的浪费，又能使各方都满意。使我们对建筑给排水设计方面有了更深的了解，现就这方面的几个问题谈谈自己的见解。
