二.编制目的
Ⅱ. Aim of the plan
该工程为科威特标志性建筑结构复杂施工难度较大工期要求紧。为顺利地按照拟订计划完成安装任务施工中达到无伤亡、无重伤、杜绝安全事故的发生特制定此方案。
The project is a landmark building in Kuwait with complicated structure which leads to highly precise requirements. Short term of construction is required. In order to cope with the project in accordance with the plan, hereby the plan in order for no injury, no grievous bodily injury and preventing safe accidents in the course of construction is made.

1.群房W-E幕墙W-F幕墙；铝板造型处搭设双排脚手架
1. W-E C.W and W-F C.W on the podium; setting double-pole scaffolding around where sculpting aluminium panels are.
2.裙房采光顶处搭设满堂脚手架此部分可利用1处的脚手架周转。
2. Building full-frame scaffolding around the skylight on the podium, scaffolding could be substituted from location 1.
3.主楼于23层及40层设双层防护棚宽度不小于4米底层满铺木跳板上层满铺安全网。安全网距木跳板距离不小于1米。
3. Building dual-tier protective shield at floor 23 and floor 40, it’s not less than 4M in width, shield bottom is fully laid with timber gang board, and shield top is fixed with safety screen, which shall not less than 1M above the gang board.
4.主楼顶部钢结构处搭设满堂脚手架立杆间距1米主楼W-A幕墙支撑网架的钢结构处搭设悬挑脚手架主楼与裙放交接处搭设满堂脚手架。
4. Building scaffolding around steel structure on the top of the tower, 1M away from one another; Building tilt-scaffolding around the steel structure of W-A C.W on the tower and full-frame scaffolding around the adjoining part between the tower and the podium.
