当今住宅小区的节能设计现状和趋势 寿凌帆 【摘要】随着能源危机的日益严重以及建筑耗能和环境问题的日渐突出，可持 续发展已成为人类的共识。
发达国家早在20世纪60年代就开始探索“绿色建 筑”、“可持续建筑”的发展战略和技术，研究并陆续制定了各国的节能标准、 法规和评价指标体系等，建造了较多的生态型、环保型建筑。
近几年来，我国 广大设计与技术人员根据本地区气候特点和所处环境，设计出许多具有地方 特色的绿色生态建筑，针对当今国际建筑节能总发展的趋势，从小区各方面 的节能措施出发，以期改善住宅小区热环境，提高节能水平。
