广东省农村居住建筑能耗现状调查及节能潜力分析 广州建筑节能研究院周晓慧周孝清马俊丽 　　摘要：抽样调查了广东省21个地级城市的1327户农村居住建筑的基本建筑信息及家庭能耗现状，并对其家庭能源消耗情况进行了分析。
从总体来看，广东省农村居住建筑的能耗值较低，能耗值与家庭收入水平有直接的关联；其次家庭能耗值与居住建筑围护结构及农户的节能意识也有一定的关系。
随着我国经济的快速发展，农村居住建筑能耗的升势值得关注。
在广东省农村居住建筑的节能潜力分析中，开发和使用可再生能源可有效地降低居住建筑能耗总值；提高农户的节能意识、加强节能知识的宣传和传播，推广使用节能灯及一些节能家电产品也是节能一大途径；调查分析还发现，在地处湿热地区的广东省，通过改善建筑围护结构的保温隔热性能对降低居住建筑总能耗的效果相对不明显。
