重庆天地装修违章处罚细则 PenaltyonViolationofFitting-OutRegulation/GuidelinesinChongqingTiandi 装修期间，所有租户、装修人员、承包商均须严格遵守重庆天地装修管理条例，并服从重庆天地营运部的现场管理。
对于违章人员，重庆天地营运部将按以下处罚细则进行处罚： Alltenants,decorationcontractorandworkersshouldstrictlyobserverulesandregulationstheFittingOutManualinChongqingTiandiandcomplywiththeon-sitemanagementofOperationsDepartment.OperationsDepartmentwillimposethepenaltyaccordingtothefollowings: 违章行为 Description 处罚金额（人民币） Penalty/Offence(RMB) 擅动消防报警器和喷淋等 Falseactivationoffirealarm/sprinkler 1000．00 在施工区域及公共区域吸烟 Smokinginthefit-outunitorinthecommonareas 100．00 于装修单元内发现烟头 Foundcigarettebuttsinthefit-outunit. 100．00 污损公共区域 Dirtiedofcommonareawithoutcleaning. 100．00 装修人员在装修区域内未佩带工作证 Failuretopresentworkerpassersatfit-outunit. 50．00 违反重庆天地装修管理条例，在未允许时段进行噪音施工 Noisyworkwithintheoperationhourswithoutpermissioninadvance 500．00 违反重庆天地装修管理条例，在未允许时段进行有气味施工 Smellyworkwithintheoperationhourswithoutpermissioninadvance 500．00 违反重庆天地装修管理条例，在未允许时段进行污染施工（如粉尘，油漆等） Dustyworkwithintheoperationhourswithoutpermissioninadvance 500．00 在单元内部或公共区域随意丢置垃圾废料 Dumpingofrenovationdebriswithoutclearing 500．00 堵塞公共区域或通道 Obstructionofthecommonareasorpassages 500．00 未办理进场手续，擅自动工 Randomworkwithoutworkingpasses 500．00 施工涉及公共区域时，未做有效保护措施 Failuretoputproperprotectionatcommonarea 500．00 损坏重庆天地公共设施 Damageofcommonareasandfacilities 照价赔偿+15% Asthevalueofthefacilitiesplus15% 其他任何影响重庆天地公共环境，破坏公共设施，影响重庆天地租户之违章行为（如火灾，漏水，或其他事故等），重庆天地营运部亦将酌情进行处罚。
