基于性能的抗震设计理论提出了多水准、多 目标设防的概念, 是当前国际抗震设计发展的 方向。
实 现性能设计, 首先要提出切实可行的抗震性能目标。
首先列 举了国外规范及我国规程提出的结构抗震性能要求, 继 而归纳总结了 国内学者针 对超限高 层提出的性 能目标。
在 此基础上, 给出了 4 栋典型超高层设计过程中采用的抗震性能目标。
在进行超限高层结构设计时, 除确定结构整体 的性能目标外, 应针对结构的薄弱部位制定相 应的性能目标并采取相应措施, 以保证结构设计的安 全合理。

Performance based seismic design ( PBSD) is the development trend of seismic design in the world, which puts forward to multi target and multi level fortification. To manage PBSD, we should establish realistic performance objectives. The performance objectives described in American codes and Chinese codes were introduced, then the research achievements of Chinese scholars were summarized.
