项目合作意向 LETTEROFINTENTFORPROJECT 潜在卖方（以下简称甲方）： PossibleSeller(hereinafterPartyA): 潜在买方（以下简称乙方）： PossibleBuyer(hereinafterPartyB): 交易事项： Business: 本意向不具有约束力，所包含之条款有待上述甲方与乙方就___________进行磋商。
