摘要：建筑工程现场施工技术管理，是保障现场施工有序运行的关键，建筑工程的施工现场，面积庞大，施工人员数量多，施工工序具有连续性和交叉性的特点，前一道工序的施工技术质量的高低，直接关系到后续的施工。加强现场的技术管理，有助于提升工程质量，在建筑施工之前，必须有一个总体思路，来监督和掌控整个工程的质量和进展，而这个管控的过程，就是保证施工质量的过程，全权遵守合同中规定的工程要求，通过现场的勘察与检验，检查工程的组织实施和执行情况，通过图纸的审批检验和修正，来优化施工技术方案，制定系统周密的方案，提升工程质量和进度。
