既有建筑物加固修缮勘察与地基基础加固方案选择 陈爱新，刘长青 北京市勘察设计研究院有限公司，北京 100038 摘要 建国初期北京城区建设的建筑物一般为多层砖混结构，采用天然地基浅埋基础，因建筑物整 体结构刚度较差或地基不均匀造成建筑墙体开裂、基础下沉的不在少数。
本文以清华二教加固修缮 工程为例，阐述了文物保护工作过程中岩土工程勘察的方法，通过对比分析提出了适宜的地基基础 加固处理方案，以期对类似工程的建设起到借鉴作用。
