摘要 建设工程进度控制是工程项目建设各阶段的工作内容、工作程序、持续时间和衔接关系根据进度总目标及资源优化配置的原则编制计划并付诸实施，然后在进度计划的实施过程中经常检查实际进度是否按计划要求进行，对出现的偏差情况进行分析，采取补救措施或调整、修改原计划后再付诸实施，如此循环，直到建设工程竣工验收交付使用。
本文主要论述了工程建设进度控制体系中的几个重要阶段，对此进行了分析总结，并对进度控制的重点阶段（施工阶段）进行了深入的探讨。
建设工程进度控制的最终目的是实现工程的进度目标。
