5结语
Q390D钢板存在偏析、夹杂物以及裂纹是造成探伤不合的主要原因。通过控制钢中夹杂物、有害元素、气体含量、铸坯低倍质量以及合理的加热制度等措施,济钢生产的Q390D钢板的超声检测合格率由原来的98.25%提高到了99.54%,大大减少了因超声检测不合补产造成的成本损失,为Q390D超声检测钢板的及时交付提供了保障。

Abstract:ThesamplesfromdefectpositionofQ390DsteelplatebyultrasonicinspectionwasstudiedbymeansofMetallurgicalMicroscopy,ScanningElectronMicroscope(SEM)andEnergyDispersiveSpectrometer(EDS).Theresultsshowedthatthedefectssuchassegregation,inclusionandmicro-crackwereexistedinthesampleandwerethemaincauseoftheechoesinultrasonicflawdetection.Throughoptimizingconvertertappingprocess,controllingharmfulelementsandgascontentinsteel,adoptingreasonableheatingsystemandothermeasures,thequalificationrateofultrasonicinspectionwasimprovedfrom98.25%to99.54%.Keywords:Q390Dsteelplate;ultrasonicinspection;segregation;inclusion;micro-crack

Abstract:Thestatisticsshowthat,theshapedefectsofsteelcoilsoncoldrollingrecoilingline,alloyplateandsheetforhomeelectricalappliancesaccountedforthehighestproportion,followedbythegeneralboardandFoxconnplate,theproportionofgalvanizedplateisthelowest.Theproportionofshapedefectsishigherafterthecutedge.Thesensitiveareaoftheshapedefects:widthis1201-1250mmandthicknessis0.7-0.8mm.Analysissuggeststhat,themainreasonoftheshapedefectsispoorproductionunitrectifyingeffect;diskshearingedgestripserpentinewaves;poorstabilityofrollsystem.Throughthestudyofthetransformationofproductionlineequipmenttheshapedefectsofsteelcoilscanbereduced.Keywords:coldrolling;recoilingline;shapedefectsofsteelcoil
