基于提高城市供电可靠性的策略探索研究
摘要：随着城市现代化的发展,城市对供电可靠性有了更高的要求,城市供电可靠性，直接关系到用户用电的安全和可靠，关系到供电企业的生存和发展，关系到整个地区的发展。因此，如何确保和提高它安全可靠的运行，是每一个供电企业都必须关心的重要课题。本文从技术措施、组织措施及方法等方面进行详细的探讨。研究提高城市供电可靠性,不单是国民经济电能的需求,也是企业自身发展的需要。

Abstract: with the development of modern city, city of the power supply reliability have higher requirements, city power supply reliability, relates directly to users of the safety and reliable electricity, related to the survival and development of the power supply enterprise, in relation to the development of the whole region. Therefore, how to ensure and improve the safe and reliable operation of it, is each power supply enterprise must be concerned about an important issue. This paper, from the technical measures, organizational measures and methods of detailed discussion. Research to improve the urban power supply reliability, not only is the national economy of electrical energy demand, is also the needs of the development of the enterprise itself.

前言
随着电力工业的快速发展、电力技术及电力设备的提高，供电的安全性和可靠性均有较大程度的提高。如何提高城市地区配电系统的可靠性．减少对用电客户的平均停电时间将越来越受到有关人们的关注。电力工业是国民经济的重要部门之一，它即为现代工业、现代农业、现代科学技术和现代国防提供必不可少的动力，又和广大人民群众的日常生活有着密切的关系。建国以来，我国城市电网有了很大的发展，供电用电管理有很大的改进，有了完善的标准频率和电压体制，在城乡普及了用电，整顿了城市电网结构。所有这些，都为城市供电系统的进一步发展和实现现代化提供了一个基础，但是要适应今后国民经济的发展，还有许多问题和困难需要解决。

一、提高供电可靠性的技术策略
1、积极开展电网供电可靠性规划。按照不同的可靠性目标，提出合理的年度分解指标，响应科学的制定从电网建设、管理、技术等方面，提高供电可靠性的具体措施。
