基于城市规划设计中的一些问题探索与分析
摘要：城市对于我们来说，是一个生产、生活的大环境。一个城市规划建设与建筑设计的营造是否先进合理，从宏观角度上来分析主要是看它的自然生态平衡、可持续发展理念及其实施的结果。本文首先分析了城市规划的基本原理和方法，然后从城市规划设计现状、城市规划设计特性以及城市规划设计中目前所存在的问题等几方面进行深入的分析研究，可与同行共同探讨。

Abstract: urban for us, is a production and living environment. A city construction planning and architectural design of whether the advanced and reasonable construction, from the macroscopic Angle up mainly is to see its analysis of natural ecological balance, and the concept of sustainable development and its implementation results. This paper first analyzes the urban planning the basic principle and method, and then from the present situation of urban planning and design, urban planning and urban design characteristics in planning and design of the problems existed in the several aspects such as the analysis of the research, but with counterparts to discuss.

前言
城市的发展是人类居住环境不断演变的过程，也是人类自觉和不自觉地对居住环境进行规划安排的过程。城市规划是对城市空间的分析与设计，即对人活动的区域空间和各区域空间的关系的协调。

一、城市规划设计的现状分析
1、城市规划设计对城市发展失去调控作用。这种“规划失效”表现为两方面:一方面是许多城市总体规划尚未到期,但城市建设规模已经完全突破原定的框框,许多城市为期20年的规划指标在5年内“完成”已成为“常识”;另一方面总体规划的实施进程滞后于规划的期限。基础设施不能合理布局和相互衔接,反映在道路建设上就是修了挖,挖了又修,老百姓戏称为城市道路应安上拉链。
2、城乡规划体制分割, 城郊接合部建设混乱。城市郊区的规划管理没有具体细则,因而在城市总体规划编制过程中只能将其划成空白地带。实际工作中,规划部门与土地管理部门采取分而治之的办法,使得城郊接合部成了“两不管”的脏、乱、差地带,造成引人注目的“城市郊区病”。
