建设加载斜坡的稳定性定性评价与定量分析
摘要:笔者以徐屯风电场15号风力发电机组建设项目为例,首先采用野外地质分析法,选择影响稳定性的主要地质环境因素、内外动力地质作用,结合宏观变形性状,进行定性评价拟建风机斜坡的稳定性;其次采用加载后稳定系数计算法,根据加载后斜坡在滑面上所受下滑力与抗滑力计算其稳定系数,从而定量分析拟建风机斜坡的稳定性;最后,根据分析评价结果判断风机建设项目位置发生滑坡地质灾害的可能性,并简要评述各分析评价方法存在的问题及解决建议。

1引言
建设项目工程建设必须在可行性研究阶段进行地质灾害危险性评估,地质灾害危险性评估的灾种主要包括:崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷、地裂缝和地面沉降[1]等。在这些灾种里,大多是与稳定性息息相关的,区别主要在于稳定性变化的主体不同而已。
说起来简单,做起来却很难。建设项目地质灾害危险性评估,重点在于预测可能发生的地质灾害及其发生的危害性。如何准确的预测建设项目位置发生地质灾害的可能性,已经成为广大地质灾害危险性评估工作者的重点研究方向。
