1 概述

KYN61-40.5铠装式金属封闭开关设备(简称开关柜)系我厂在原产品的基础上设计改进的开关设备。它适应于三相交流50HZ电力系统,用于接受和分配电能并对电路进行控制、保护及监测。

本开关柜具有各种防止误操作的功能,包括防止带负荷移动手车,防止带电合接地开关和防止误入带电间隔等功能。

本开关柜内配置性能优良的ZN85、VN1真空断路器或ABB公司VD4、HD4系列真空断路器。开关柜是技术先进、性能稳定结构合理、使用方便、安全可靠的配电设备。

1 General

KYN61-40.5 Metal-clad type removable metal-enclosed switchgear( abbreviation as cubicle) is a kind of improved switchgear which is based on the former products. It’s applicable for 3-phase 50HZ power system for receiving or distributing power and controlling, protection and inspection of circuit.

The cubicle has all kinds of fault-prevent function including preventing of moving of trolley with load, fault closing of earth switch, fault entering of loading chamber.

1.1 主要特点

a) 柜体采用敷铝锌板经数控设备加工成型后,用螺栓拼接或铆接而成,结构为全拼装式。

b) 可同时配装ZN85-40.5真空断路器手车、VN1、VD4或HD4真空断路器 1

手车,开关柜主母线贯通无需过渡柜转接。

c) 电缆室空间充裕,相间可保证空气净距大于300mm,相间无需加装绝缘隔板。

1.1 Main characteristics

a) The structure of the cubicle body is full-assemble type, that means aluminum-zin plate of the cubicle body machined-shaped by digital-control device and joined together with screw or with riveting methods.

b) It can be assembled with ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker trolley, VN1, VD4 or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker together, the getting through of the main bus-bar of the cubicle can be realized without switching of another cubicle.

c) With enough space of the cable chamber, the net air clearance between phase can be ensured more than 300mm, no needs for extra isolation separator.

2 使用环境

2 Operating environmental condition

2.1 正常使用环境条件

a) 环境温度:不高于+40℃,不低于—25℃;

b) 海拔高度:不高于1000m;

c) 相对湿度:日平均不大于95%;月平均不大于90%(+25℃);

d) 没有易燃性气体、爆炸危险、严重污秽、化学腐蚀及经常性剧烈振动的 3

场所。

2.1 Normal operating condition

c)Relative humidity: not exceed: 95%(daily average)

d)Site with no fire, explosion, violent vibration, chemical corrosive and heavy pollution.

2.2 特殊使用环境条件

当开关柜使用于超过本使用说明书规定的正常环境条件下时,本公司和用户可就超出正常运行条件的特殊运行条件进行协商,并达成协议。为防止凝露现象,开关柜设有加热器。当开关柜处于备用状态时,即应投入使用。即使在正常运行中,也应该注意投用。

开关柜的散热问题可通过附加的通风设施来解决。

2.2 Special operating condition

If cubicle needed to be operated under the special condition which not regulated in the operating manual, consumer should consult with the manufacturer and make the agreement.

To prevent condense happen, heater has been prepared for the cubicle. While cubicle is under the spare condition, the heating problem of the cubicle can be solved by the air device.

4 结构和工作原理

4 structure and working principle 4.1 概述

开关柜由固定的壳体(简称柜体)和可移开部件(简称手车)两部分组成。根据柜内电气设备的功能,柜体由钢板分隔成四个不同的功能单元,

如图1所示的主母线室A、手车室B、电缆室C、仪表室D。柜体的外壳及各功能单元之间均采用敷铝锌钢板折弯后铆接而成。

开关柜可配置真空断路器、SF6断路器、电压互感器、避雷器及隔离手车等。

开关柜外壳防护等级为IP4X,断路器室门打开时防护等级为IP2X。 开关柜从结构上考虑了开关柜内部故障电弧的影响,并根据IEC62271-200的规定以及GB3906中7.15条规定进行了严格的引弧试验,有效地保证操作人员和设备的安全。开关柜外形示意见图一,断路器外形示意见图二。

4.1 General

Cubicle composed of two parts: fixed cubicle enclosure(abbreviation as cubicle body) and removable parts(abbreviation as trolley). The cubicle body can be divided into four function unit according to the function of the electric device, and the cubicle body is separated by the steel plate to be four different function unit as main bus-bar chamber A , trolley chamber B, cable chamber C and meter chamber D in Fig.1. the enclosure of the cubicle body and each function unit are made of aluminum-zinc metal plate by riveting method.

Vacuum circuit breaker, SF6 circuit breaker, Voltage transformer, lightning arrestor and trolley can be assembled with cubicle.

The protection class of enclosure of the cubicle is IP4X, the protection class is IP2X while the gate of the circuit breaker chamber is opened.

The influence of inner fault arc in cubicle has been taken in consideration 8

on the side of structure, and strict arc test has been done according to the regulation in IEC62271-200 to ensure the safe of the worker and device. The outline of cubicle vide Fig.1, the out line of circuit breaker vide Fig. 2 开关柜的外形尺寸和质量如下:

4.2 外壳、隔板及压力释放装置

开关柜的外壳和隔板是采用敷铝锌板经CNC机床加工和折弯之后组装栓铆而成。因此,装配好的开关柜能保证尺寸上的统一性,有很高的机械强度。

开关柜的门板面漆采用静电喷涂后焙烤,表面抗冲击、耐腐蚀性能好,外形美观。

在断路器室、母线室和电缆室的上方均设有压力释放装置,当发生内部故障时,伴随电弧的出现,开关柜内部气压升高,顶部装设的压力释放金属板将被自动打开,释放压力和排泄高温气体。以确保人员和开关设备的安全。

4.2 Enclosure, separator and pressure releasing device

Enclosure of cubicle and separator adopt aluminum-zinc metal plate machine-shaping and bending by riveting method to ensure the same dimension of the assembled cubicle with advanced mechanical intensity.

Electrostatic spray printing method has been adopted for printing of gate-plate of the cubicle which ensure the strength of the face and good corrosive-prevent function with good outline.

Pressure releasing device has been set at the upper side of the chamber of circuit breaker, bus-bar chamber and cable chamber, while happened with arc appearing, inner pressure of cubicle increased, the metal plate of the pressure releasing device opened automatically to release the force and high-temperature gas to ensure the safe of the worker and device.

4.3 断路器室

断路器室下部装有特定的附加轨道装置,供手车由柜外进入柜内。该室内固定地装有上、下静触头盒和金属活门机构,当手车处于试验位置或移开位置时,活门均可靠关闭,保护在手车室工作人员的安全。当手车进入时,金属活门自动打开使动静触头顺利接通。手车的滑行导轨和接地导板安装在断路器室底板上,接地导板和手车的接地触头连接并与横贯于整排开关柜的接地母排连接。

手车的推进机构与柜体的定位装置设在开关柜柜前左右立柱中部。如果开关柜设有接地开关,接地开关的操动机构及其机构联锁也设在手车室右侧中部。

手车能在开关柜门处于关闭状态进行操作,通过观察窗可以看到手车在柜内所处的位置和断路器分合闸位置指示、蓄能弹簧的储能/释能状态指示。

开关柜的二次线与手车的二次线联接是通过二次插头来实现的。二次插头的动触头装于手车上,二次插座装设在开关柜断路器室的右上方。当手车处于“试验/隔离”位置时,才能插上和拔下二次插头。手车处于“工作”位置时,二次插头被锁定。当断路器手车安装有闭锁电磁铁时,在二次插头未接通之前,由于闭锁电磁铁未通电,无法手动合闸,仅能进行手动分闸操作。

4.3 circuit breaker chamber

Special attached rail device has assembled the lower side of the circuit breaker chamber to let the trolley enter in the cubicle. Upper and lower static contact box and metal active gate mechanism fixed set in the chamber, while trolley is at the test position or move-out position , active gate can be closed reliably to ensure the safe of the worker in the trolley chamber. enter in the chamber, active gate can open automatically to ensure the getting through the static contact. The slice guide rail of trolley and earth conduct plate fixed on the bottom of the circuit breaker, the earth conduct plate connect to the earth contact of trolley and earth bus-bar of the whole cubicle.

The pushing mechanism of trolley and locating device is at the middle part of left and right pole which in the front of the cubicle. If earth switch selected, the operating mechanism of earth switch and its mechanism inter-lock will be put in the middle of the right side of the chamber.

Trolley can be operated while the door of the cubicle is at the close position, we can see the position of the trolley in the cubicle and CB opening/closing direction, the energy-storing spring’s energy storing/releasing direction through the inspection window.

The connection of secondary loop of cubicle and secondary loop realized by the secondary plug, the moving contact of secondary plug is assembled on the trolley, secondary socket is set at the right upper-side of the CB chamber, while trolley is at the test/disconnect position, the secondary plug can be put on of taken off, while the trolley is at the working position , the secondary plug has been locked tightly. While lock out device has assembled on the trolley, before the making of the secondary plug, for the lock out electric-magnetic iron are not at the making condition, so it can not be closed by hand, only opening operating can realized.

4.4 手车

手车框架由冷轧钢板经折弯焊接制成。根据用途,手车可分为断路器手车、电压互感器手车、隔离手车等。各类手车的高度与深度都统一,相同规格的手车能互换。

断路器手车在柜内有“工作”位置和“试验”位置,每一位置均设有定位闭锁装置,保证手车处于特定位置时才允许进行移动。

手车必须满足联锁条件,保证手车移动之前断路器必须先分闸。 断路器手车推入手车柜内时,首先处于“试验”位置,然后由摇动手把将手车推入“工作”位置。

手车在柜内的位置既能从仪表室面板上的位置指示器指示,也能从门上的观察窗看到。断路器的机械操动机构、分合闸指示器在手车的面板上。

4.4 trolley

Frame of trolley are made of steel plate by bending and welding methods, trolley can be divided into four kinds according to its usage: circuit breaker trolley, voltage transformer trolley, isolator trolley and etc. each kind of the trolley has the same height and depth, to the can be exchanged freely.

There’s working position and test position in the CB trolley, each position has locating lock out device to ensure the trolley can be moved only at the regulated position.

Trolley should be satisfied with inter-lock condition, before the move of trolley, CB must be open first.

While the trolley is pushed into the trolley cubicle , first let it locate at the test position, then rotate the handle to push the trolley to the working position. 14

The position of trolley can be checked from the direction of position director which on the face-plate of meter chamber, also it can be seen from the inspection window, the director of the operating mechanism and open/close direction of CB is on the face-plate of trolley.

4.5 触指系统

开关柜一次回路中的静触头和手车上的动触头之间的导电装置采用花瓣式触指系统。触指系统结构设计合理,具有接触电阻小,承受短时耐受电流及峰值耐受电流大等优点,电气性能稳定。当手车摇入或摇出时,触指系统接触或分离自如,手车操作非常方便。

4.5 contact system

Petal-type contact system adopted for conduct device between the static-contact and move-contact which in the primary circuit of cubicle which is reliable designed with less contact resistance and strong bearing of short time withstand current and peak withstand current as well as advanced electric function. While trolley push in or out, contact system can touch or separate freely, operating of trolley can be operated conveniently.

4.6 母线室

主母线分段贯穿于相邻的柜之间,由分支母线及支柱绝缘子和穿墙套管支撑。

柜与柜之间通过穿墙套管及隔板达到互相隔离的目的。

主母线根据额定电流的大小可采用单根或双根铜质或铝质的矩形母线。主母线和支母线采用收缩型绝缘套管工艺,静触头盒出线侧三相相间 15

装有绝缘隔板,从成形成可靠的复合绝缘。

4.6 Bus-bar chamber

Main bus-bar pass through all the relative cubicle, supporting by branch bus-bar and pole isolator through type bushing .

Cubicle separated from other cubicles with through type bushing and separator.

Single piece or double piece of bus-bar can be adopted as main bus-bar according to the rated current value. Constriction type isolating bushing technology has been adopted on the main bus-bar and branch bus-bar. Isolating separator has assembled at three phase of outlet side of static-contact box.

4.7 电缆室

电缆室可安装电流互感器、接地开关、避雷器,并可连接多根电缆。电缆室内只在柜体两侧板上装有绝缘隔板,非常便于电缆安装及检修维护。

4.7 cable chamber

Current transformer, earth switch and arrestor can be selected to assemble in the cable chamber as well as cable. In the cable chamber , in order to make cable installation and maintenance easy, there’s only separator assembled on the side plate of the cubicle body.

4.8 防止误操作联锁装置

本开关柜具有一系列闭锁装置,从根本上防止误操作引起的事故发生,从而有效地保证了操作人员以及开关柜本身的安全。具体闭锁功能如下: 16

a)只有当断路器、接地开关处于分闸位置时,手车才能从试验位置推入工作位置,反之也一样(机械联锁)。

b) 只有当手车在工作位置和试验位置时,断路器才能进行合、分闸操作(机械联锁)。

c)当手车在工作与试验位置之间时,断路器不能合闸(机械联锁)。

d)当接地开关处于合闸状态时,手车不能从试验位置推至工作位置(机械联锁).

e) 当手车在工作位置或工作与试验位置之间时,接地开关不能进行合闸(机械联锁).

f) 当手车处于工作位置时,断路器上二次插头被锁定,不能拔出。 g) 只有合上接地开关时,才能打开后下门(机械联锁和电气联锁)。

4.8 fault-prevent operation

There’s a series of lock out device for the cubicle to prevent the accidents happened cause from fault operation to ensure the operating stuff and device safe. Detailed lock out function is as follows:

a) Trolley can push to the working position only when the CB and earth switch is at opening position. (mechanism inter-lock)

b) Only when the trolley is at the working and test position, circuit breaker can carry closing/opening operation.(mechanism inter-lock)

c) CB can not be closing while the trolley is at the working or test position.(mechanism inter-lock)

d) Trolley can not push from test position to work position while earth switch is 17

at closing condition.

e) Earth switch can not be closing while trolley is at working position, working/testing position.

f) while trolley is at working position, the secondary plug on CB is locked and can not be pull out.

g) Only when the earth switch is at closing condition, it can be opened.(mechanism electric inter-lock)

4.9 接地装置

在电缆室内单独设立有5x40mm的接地铜排,此排能贯穿相邻各柜,并与柜体良好接触。此接地排供直接接地之元件使用。同时由于整个柜体用敷铝锌板相拼连,这样使整个柜体都处在良好接地状态之中,确保运行操作人员触及柜体安全。

4.9 earth device

There’s 5x40mm earth copper bank be assembled in cable chamber and through relative cubicles with good contact. The earth copper bank is used for earth elements , in the mean time, for the whole cubicle body is made of aluminum-zinc metal plate, the cubicle has good earth function, this can ensure the operating stuff and cubicle in the safe condition.

5 使用与维护

开关柜在运行中,运行人员应遵守有关规程外,还应注意以下问题: 5 operating and maintenance

During the operating periods, the operating stuff should no only obey 18

relative regulation, but also notice the item as follows:

5.1 投运前的检查

开关柜应完成下列投运前的准备工作:

检查开关柜的总体情况,目测检查开关柜、手车、隔离触头、绝缘部

件等完全符合安装要求。检查主接地母线和柜外的变电站接地导体的联结

是否可靠。清理出开关柜内所有的剩余材料、物件和工具,用清洁的干软

布擦拭绝缘部件表面粘附的灰尘和油脂。

如果需要,按GB3906或IEC62271-200进行主回路工频耐压试验。试

验中应特别注意电压互感器和电缆等部件。若要从静触头引线时,可采用

试验手车,这将使联线更加方便。

接通辅助控制电源,用手动或电动控制进行开关装置的操作试验,同

时观察相应的位置指示器,并检察机械和电气联锁的有效性。

本开关柜使用说明书放置于运行人员可以随时取到的地方。

遵守所有相关的安全规程,特别是电力设备安装规程,拆除危险工作

区域内的接地线和短接线,保证开关柜内的断路器处于分闸状态。

按正常的规定程序给开关柜送电,并注意观察信号和指示器。依靠所

接的高压源进行所有的测量并检查所有的功能,并注意任何异常情况。 特别提示:当开关柜处于备用和运行状态下,柜内板式加热器必须接通,

投入使用!

5.1 inspection before operation:

inspect the general condition of the whole cubicle, inspect the cubicle ,

trolley, isolating contact, isolating elements complied with the requirements with eyes, check connection of main earth bus-bar and substation earth conduct reliable or not, swept out the useless materials and tools, clean the dust or oil which is at the face of isolation elements with clean, dry and soft clothing.

If it’s necessary to carry the main circuit power-frequency voltage withstand test according to GB3906 or IEC62271-200, voltage transformer and cable should be concentrated on. If another inlet should be put in from static-contact, test trolley can be selected to make connection easier.

Keep auxiliary control power source making and carry operating test handling or electric controlling, check the relative position director to find the effect of the mechanical and electric inter-lock function.

The manual should be put at the site which is easy for operating stuff to get. Obey all the relative safe regulation, especially the electric-power device installation regulation to disassembled the earth line or short joint line in the dangerous working area, and to make sure that the circuit breaker in cubicle is at opening condition.

Supply electric power to cubicle according to normal regulation and check the signal and director. Inspect and check all the function with the supplied high voltage power source.

Special tips: while cubicle is at the spare of operating condition, the heater in the cubicle should be turned on in
