摘要：本文系统介绍了ISO 606：2015《传动用短节距精密滚子链、套筒链、附件和链轮》，特别是对增加的“双排链和三排链的最小动载强度、HE系列滚子链、拉力试验时限制加载速度”等技术条款内容，以及“A系列链条链号更改”的变化内容进行了详细阐释，并就应用有关新增条款给出参考建议和探讨意见。关键词：ISO 606：2015 技术条款 主要变化 应用建议

The New Changes and Application of New Terms of ISO 606:2015

Abstract: This article introduces ISO 606:2015 “Short-pitch transmission precision roller and bush chains, attachments and associated chain sprockets”. It explains in detail of “the minimum dynamic strength of the duplex chains and triplex chains, HE series roller chain, tensile test limit loading speed”technical terms such as content and explain the content of the“change of A series chain number”. 1 前言

由ISO/TC 100（国际标准化组织链条链轮技术委员会）修订完成的ISO 606：2015[1]《传动用短节距精密滚子链、套筒链、附件和链轮》（Short-pitch transmission precision roller and bush chains，attachments and associated chain sprockets）是链传动领域最重要的国际标准，ISO 606：2015是ISO 606自1982年正式发布以来的第四版，此前先后发布的3个版本分别为：ISO 606：1982、ISO 606：1994、ISO 606：2004。

ISO/TC 100的WG8工作组自2009年开始对ISO 606：2004[2]进行修订，历时6年完成修订，于2015年8月13日发布实施，ISO 606：2015与ISO 606：2004相比较，主要修订内容是：增加了计算双排链和三排链的最小动载强度指标的参考方法（附录F），增加了ANSI的超级重载系列（Extra heavy series）的60HE~240HE链条规格，将ISO 606：2004中的A系列链条改为采用ANSI标准的链号，补充了链条拉力试验时限制加载速度的参考信息（附录E）。修订后的标准ISO 606：2015，除了A系列链条的链号称谓改变以外，标准名称并没有改变、ISO 606：2004的内容没有删减或更改，只是增加了有关技术
